For JV LLC FARMLAND, philanthropy is not merely assistance, but a strategic investment in the development of society.

Key Focus Area: Creative Inclusion
A central element of the company’s social initiatives is its long-standing partnership with the Yuri Rozum International Charitable Foundation. We believe that physical limitations should not be a barrier to the realization of talent.

Our priorities in this area are:
- "SoTvorenie" Festival-Forum: We serve as the general partner for this project, which for six years has united children with special needs and world-class classical musicians on the same stage.
- Comprehensive support: PHARMLAND covers the costs of travel, training, and the purchase of professional instruments and concert attire for the foundation’s scholarship recipients.
- Developing the local region: Traditionally, some of the festival’s events take place in Nesvizh—the company’s home region—introducing children to the cultural heritage of Belarus.
Social responsibility in action
In addition to cultural projects, we are integrating principles of inclusion into our business processes. At our subsidiary, FARMLAND-BIO, approximately 50% of the employees have disabilities. We create conditions that enable them to be professionally sought-after and successfully integrated into society.

"Seeing children blossom on stage evokes a special kind of emotion. If a business can support those in need, it has a duty to do so," says Ivan Logovoy, founder of PHARMLAND.
Our goal is to create an environment where every talent has the chance to be heard.
